It gives me great pleasure to announce that Natty Kadifa has joined the J4MB team officially, as a contributor to the blog.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with her for a number of years, on the Ladies for Philip Davies campaign, on the Messages for Men series of conferences and on Honey Badger Radio. A notably interesting and nuanced piece of writing from Judah Ben-Hur, a Kenyan journalist, has come to my attention – published in The Standard, yesterday. The piece explores a long-view of the evolution of relations between the sexes and ultimately advocates for the growth of a Farrellian equality wherein “Men who had socially evolved to be in charge will now have to get used not being in charge while women who were used to be taken care of and protected by men, might need to stand up for themselves.”

An insightful piece just published by ConservativeHome. It ends with this:

A clean break is needed. Just lifting requirements on the public sector is not enough. All the equalities paraphernalia must be banished. All the grievance-mongering for collective groups swept away, to allow a true end to discrimination, with the rights of each individual valued and respected. All the quotas, targets, monitoring, thought policing, impact assessing, “Women’s Studies”, “Black Studies”, “Black History Month”, need to be not just pruned, but pulled up by the roots. Then put down plenty of salt to stop it all growing back. Then we can be – as the tennis player Serena Williams tweeted – “one race, the human race.”
