Men and women, globally, should boycott Gillette and Procter & Gamble products. Gillette’s new advert targets ‘Toxic Masculinity’.

Our thanks to Steve for this. Men and women, globally, should boycott Gillette and Procter & Gamble products, in response to Gillette creating and disseminating feminist anti-male propaganda.

Last month’s edition of GQ contained a lengthy piece by Dylan Jones, editor, which was so absurd it could have been written by the blue-haired fruit loops at the Fawcett Society. A lengthy piece attacking men (basically saying they should become more like women, the gold standard of humanity) was sponsored by Gillette. From the section on criticism of Gillette on Wikipedia:

Toxic masculinity advertisement
In January 2019, Gillette released an online commercial called “We Believe”, calling on men to change their behavior in regards to bullyingsexism, and toxic masculinity in response to the #MeToo movement. The ad asks the question, “Is this the best a man can get?” and changes the 30-year-old tagline “The Best Men Can Be.”[17] According to an article by Business Insider, many comments on the Twitter post and the YouTube video criticized the ad and some compared the minute and a half long video to a lecture.[18]

Quackery, snake oil and charlatans: The American Psychological Association’s war on men and boys

An interesting piece by John Davis for AVfM.

In the UK, over 90% of psychology gradates are women, and this has been the case for many years. It need hardly be said that the government does not regard this as a problem, whereas over 90% of people graduating in engineering, mathematics, and physics, being men, is a blight on our society meriting vast amounts of taxpayer’s money to “address” – with very little success, year after year, in part because far fewer women than men are prepared to undertake university courses in these highly demanding disciplines, in part because they find the disciplines emotionally unrewarding.

Our thanks to Steve for this piece on Sky News. Emphases ours:

A 17-year-old girl who murdered a teenage boy [J4MB: He was 18, why is he described as a “boy”?] at a party has been detained for life and will serve at least 16 years in custody.

The youngster, who was pregnant and high on cocaine and alcohol at the time of the attack, stabbed 18-year-old Conner Cowper in the neck in a flat in Holytown, North Lanarkshire, in April 2017.

The trial heard claims that the victim had “fancied” the girl but she kissed another man that evening.

The girl became angry when Conner branded her a “stupid wee girl”, grabbed a knife and stabbed him before running away. The victim was left with a 4in (11cm) deep wound.

The court heard how she left him to die and officers found her nearby “laughing”.

The trial heard how she later asked an officer: “Can I have my knife back? It is good for cutting onions.”

She was convicted at Glasgow High Court last month but her sentence was delayed while reports about her character were obtained.

At the High Court in Edinburgh, judge Lord Arthurson ordered the girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, to serve at least 16 years in custody.

He told her: “Your attack upon him was deliberate, brutal, unprovoked and entirely murderous, and this murder was committed by you at the age of 17 when you were still a child, while you were under the influence of cocaine and alcohol.”

He continued: “I have been told that not only do you feel regret but you also expressed empathy towards the victim.

“However, as the presiding judge at your trial I saw nothing of that. Your demeanour was flat and disinterested and you didn’t give out any significant appearance of empathy.

“You are a highly dangerous and unstable individual. The attack on Connor was deliberate, brutal, entirely unprovoked and entirely murderous.”

He added: “It was a deliberate, brutal and entirely murderous attack.”

The girl denied murder and claimed she stabbed Conner because she thought he would hit her and that she was affected by a previous abusive relationship. [J4MB: Presumably an unsubstantiated claim about a previous relationship, but one invariably trotted out as a mitigating circumstance for women who’ve been violent towards men, and accepted as true by jurors and others, because women never lie.]
