Is the feminisation of the police force leading to longer prison sentences for men who assault them?

Our thanks to a supporter for this. He writes:

An article about a robber who hurled a woman PC out of her car. Absolutely pathetic female policing requiring members of the public [J4MB: Men, needless to say] to come to their help against one not so violent robber. [J4MB: Her colleague in the passenger seat would have been no less helpful, had she been asleep.]

Look at the video. He was accused of viciously attacking a woman PC yet he only pulled her out of the car without hitting her. She didn’t look like she’d been hurt yet a list of injuries was produced.

There are cases of women attacking male police officers and not even going to jail. I think this man’s sentence was too severe simply because it was a female officer.

J Hampson in the comments stream:

Welcome to the Brave New World of pretending gender doesn’t make a difference. Police forces used to have a 6.0 foot height limit for a reason. Fireman used to have to carry a 10 stone bag for 20 yards for a reason. And now the Army is diluting its fitness requirements for the sake of …….. With numbers being cut is it fair or sensible to ask those suitable of doing the job carry those who can’t?

Another comment from him:

I was ill and had to be taken to hospital in a helicopter. I am not obese (90kg and 6′ 2″). But the female ambulance crew could not carry the stretcher. So they asked me walk across the rough ground (after previously telling me that as I was under their care I was not allowed to walk anywhere). At the other end we landed on grass and again the female crew of the waiting ambulance could not carry the stretcher and the ground was too wet for their trolley. So again I was asked to walk. The women of both ambulances were physically incapable of doing the job. But we are expected to pretend there is no difference. The Emperor has no clothes.

I don’t know any areas in the public sector which haven’t gone downhill as a result of workforce feminisation i.e. demasculinisation. Why should the police force be any different? The 14-year prison sentence in this case was absurdly excessive, doubtless driven by concern that the police officers were women.

If everyone who read this gave us just £1.00 – or even better, £1.00 or more, monthly – we could change the world. Click here to make a difference. Thanks.
