Judge Sylvia de Bertodano blasts prosecutors as Vjekoslav Dvorak, 63, ‘inspirational’ music teacher, found not guilty of sex assault

Our thanks to Ray for this. An extract:

Dvorak had denied three charges of sexually assaulting a schoolgirl when she was aged between 12 and 15 – and the jury at Warwick Crown Court unanimously found him not guilty.

Dvorak taught in both Coventry and Leamington, but had been unable to work following his arrest in May last year over the allegations, said to have taken place at a Coventry school…

After the jury had returned its not guilty verdicts, Judge de Bertodano commented: “Those who are in charge of decisions to prosecute should take very, very great care indeed before doing so in a case such as this.

“I am quite sure that no jury in the land would have convicted Mr Dvorak in this case.

Surely the judge must be aware that it’s been years since the likelihood of conviction has been a consideration in whether or not to charge men for sexual offences. To Alison Saunders and her underlings at the CPS, the ‘public interest’ always lies in assaulting the human rights of men.

  1. I bet this music teacher simply guided the girl’s hand as she was pulling the bow or hitting the piano keys.
The problem is that feminists and their female followers (most women) now consider just about every kind of touch as sexual. Under these criteria, everything is a sex assault. Any invitation by a man is now deemed offensive, so basically every man is now with one foot in jail. This obviously shows women can not be taken seriously and they certainly can not be believed automatically when they make their usually very exaggerated and very belated accusations. I certainly do not feel like treating these phony women as gentleman, as they need to be treated a lot more sternly due to their dishonest and opportunistic behavior, along with their anti-men agenda. I feel they are now more enemies than partners.

    • “I feel they are now more enemies than partners.” This is precisely what the feminists want to achieve. To destroy “patriarchy” which they presume is the bulwark of capitalism. It is important to hate feminism and feminists but not women. This female Judge is making a pretty clear direct criticism of the CPS. Something that used to be a rarity but has become surprisingly regular as the CPS clearly pushes cases to achieve “targets”.

      • I do not hate women. I merely imply no man should treat women in the privileged manner of the 19th century, nor should any man overlook or ignore women’s shortcomings at most workplaces simply for being too polite. That is not hate, only equal treatment with other male colleagues. No more special perks or leniency towards women. That’s what feminists preach anyway, let’s give them what they are asking for….

  2. The victim now faces years of difficulty finding employment because ‘The Police’, convinced that he is actually guilty and ignoring the court’s verdict, inform prospective employers of the (false) allegations made against him, as in a case covered here a week or tow back.

  3. Let there be no doubt that Saunders is part of the left’s Long March Through The Institutions and will regard it as a matter of policy to damage and weaken the fabric of our lives in the ubiquitous pursuit of power.

And where better to start than with men who have largely built those institutions.
