As the beeb as usual go on about the “pay gap” which as the ONS points out is lowest ever. In another observation they point out the effect of the rising retirement age for women contributing to the closing “gap”. Just possibly because doing the same work for the same time gets the same reward? I note also the beeb getting ariated about “a small fraction” of business publishing their gap data. One presumes they have better things to spend time and money on.
