Mrs Gruff is an RVN (Registered Veterinary Nurse). She told me some time ago that bitch puppies that have lain between two dogs in their mother’s womb are more aggressive and typically cock their legs when urinating. I used to pet sit a bitch that did this on walks so can confirm the phenomenon. If opposite sex characteristics can be acquired in the womb through exposure to hormones in one mammal why not another?
Opponents of sex differences as innate rather than indoctrinated are in precisely the same position as the Catholic Church when it argued that there could be no such thing as a vacuum because God is everywhere. Such ‘reasoning’ represents the triumph of hope over experience. However, experience will always triumph in the end.

I’ve actually taken the time to read the memo in full. Its unexciting as it presents a closely argued critique of Google policies based on a review of the academic evidence. Not surprising from a Phd I suppose. I hope the James Damore does take them to court (though Google are like taking on a Country) for its so innocuous a memo that I actually can’t see how it could be offensive in any way.

Caught a bit of the BBC news this morning. Fascinating as its was presented that now people working in Google are “afraid” because of the coverage. Hugely privileged people working for a massively wealthy Corporation ?? It is bizarre how wide the “victim card” goes.

Interesting. Only reasonable that people are afraid of losing their jobs for speaking the truth. James Damore may never find paid employment, and he’s a young man.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-40898213 Very true indeed but of course its not people who support Mr. Damore who are supposedly “afraid” but people who will express the Company’s orthodoxy, which Mr Damore had the temerity to query. So bizarrely Google has cancelled all its “Diversity meetings” because people saying how important it is to be extra nice to women etc. will be “outed” on social media etc. Does make one question what they are up to if the content of Diversity Meetings are so inflammatory. But I suspect they are the usual “whinge fests” that such meetings tend to become as people attempt to out virtue signal or victim each other.
As you say people who might question being extra helpful to women just get the sack, so have real reason to be afraid!
