Given that women who perpetrate paternity fraud or make false allegations of abuse or sexual assault in order to benefit from a divorce settlement suffer no penalty when discovered, Mizzz Robb’s sentence can be considered to be unusually harsh for what is a relatively small sum by comparison with what many men lose to women.
