So an innocent man (in today’s feminist-influenced PC world) gets seven years in jail, and the lying Lesbian who accused him will get – what? What’s the betting that after the usual excuses (in today’s feminist-influenced PC world) we’ll see another suspended sentence?

This is unbelievable to me. How could anyone believe any man would rape that? She is perfectly safe at all times.

To answer your question Lawrence, I can now reveal that the guity party here, was infact, Robbie The Robot.
For whom she is a perfect physical match (please google him if unfamiliar.)
Note if you will the same er, ‘solid build’, ‘robust’ legs, deep chest and broad shoulders for starters…
First appearing in the 1956 sc-fi classic ‘Forbidden Planet’, in which he refers to
to (quote) “Giving himself an oil job” when talking to nubile young female star Anne Francis.
Perhaps they thought no one would get the joke then.
Anyway, no need for second best or ‘THAT sort of thing’ any more Robbie, now you’ve found your ideal equal.

The whole reason for the creation of the CPS was to remove the Crown’s responsibility to prosecute from the Police to allow them to investigate. The theory being that better investigation would result as the Police weren’t also “building a case” . Something completely at odds with the mantra of Police practice “believe the victim”. The most plainly lunatic example of this was the case of the fictitious sexual abuse and murder ring of prominent, mainly dead politicians. The sole “victim” identified a man with a history of attention seeking fantasy. This looks very similar in that Jemma Beale is no doubt mentally messed up, but clearly the police had not investigated her claims properly and had bent evidence to suit the CPS and “targets”.
As with a number of issues this isn’t about “men’s rights” so much as the perversion of our system of justice by its own institutions, pursuing a political agenda. Of course the defendant may get a sentence but the real “crime” here is our Police and Criminal justice system not doing their job. Until the failure becomes so egregious its obvious.
