  1. Since Northern Ireland sends representatives to Westminster it therefore follows that as night follows day those representatives are allowed to vote and to participate in government. The fact that Sinn Fein don’t take their seats is their choice.

    The bottom line is that the Greens are fringe, far Left fanatics. Once out of the Westminster and main stream media bubbles, the views of the DUP are more akin to those of most ordinary folk. The Equality agenda has gone too far, and for what it’s worth I would have extended civil partnerships to heterosexual couples and made “marriage” an optional religious add on for people of faith. That is what the Netherlands and New Zealand did.
