  1. I welcome the SNP ideal of forcing ‘equality’ in the interest of down-trodden women everywhere. I’m also looking forward to seeing teachers and teaching assistants in infant, and primary, and secondary schools in the UK forceably adjusted to an equal proportion of men and women. I’m looking forward to seeing an equal number of women doing the hard graft alongside men tarmacking the motorway next time I drive North at 3 in the morning. I’m looking forward to seeing the same number of men and women working hard lifting and loading (handballing) heavy consumer goods in the logistics and warehousing sector next time I enter that environment. I am looking forward to seeing an exactly equal number of women and men being paid fairly as nurses next time I visit a hospital. I am looking forward to seeing an equal number of battlefield statistics (I won’t use the word ‘casualities or fatalities’ because that may be upsetting for some) among men and women, next time I read a report on soldiers lost or injured ‘in action’.

I then look forward to ‘spreading the love’ internationally to encompass coal mining in South Africa. And finally, I will be truly happy when I see an equal gender balance of respected and cared for employees working contentedly and equally in the diamond mines of Sierra Leone.
Thank you the SNP! for indulging the Feminist Agenda by raising the bar and identifying the priorities faced by the world’s downtrodden. Breastfeeding in public and at work MUST be enabled and enforced with the full backing of the Law if necessary.
Together We Can Do This! 🙂

..and I wish the SNP all the best in getting as many votes in from wherever they can find them.

    • Indeed sundancer. If they want equality, then it needs to be in all fields, no exceptions. Let’s not always close our eyes, on gentleman’s grounds, and let women get away with rip-offs, half truths, make believes, and other blatant lies.
Equality means equality, just like Brexit means Brexit, and we need half of all military personnel to be female, half of combat roles, half of the air-force, the marines ,the plumbers, the teachers, the nurses, etc. Equality means half, it means 50% across the board. if women agree to this and are willing and capable to fill those roles, happy days. if not, we need to tell them to shut up…And we must not let the gentleman paralysis get in our way time and again. it’s nonsense at this point in time.

      • Absolutely! Marty.. Consider the idea of a guy starting at the bottom.. (not in the sexual sense of course.. soz a non-gentlemanly moment there) sweeping floors in a warehouse. He works hard, puts in the hours and years.. moves on to loading… tough manual graft….man’s work.. he gets his fork lift license, keeps going.. 10 hr shifts.. then gets his driving qualifications.. drives long distances, early mornings, late nights, nights away… he gets into the logistic side.. data entry work..route planning, customer relations,.. helping the company operate efficiently utilising his hands-on experience. You know where I’m going with this obviously..
And then, eventually, he gets the opportunity to go for a management position.. and who is he up against? 50 percent women who have spent most of their time in the office on filing duties.. and 5years off to look after her babies.. (important though that surely is). Yes indeed. Let’s make this fair.. as long as it’s more fair for ambitious women… and let’s pretend this the world is easy and panders to the trivial whims of the hard working man.
