Though it deals with the workplace, http://www.bullyonline.org assumes in its description of the four most toxic classes of bully, that they are female- as they say, specifically that one particular category can be male. Tim Field’s book, “Bully in Sight” is still worth a read as well.
Male bullies are usually dealt with by their peers in adolescence whereas the females don’t get that good hiding, so continue into the workplace. They present well to authority and are accomplished liars…….The cases reported as law involving workplace bullying involve female perpetrators
