Martin Daubney: Feminists Are Planning a One-Day Women’s Strike (in 2018) – I Say Bring It On

A tip of the hat to Martin Daubney for this gem.

It’s the first time I’ve seen the statistic that 47% of UK prison workers are women. The prison crisis suddenly makes a lot more sense. Whenever you see video footage of people (police, prison officers…) entering a risky situation (during a drugs raid on a property, entering a violent prisoner’s cell…) you can safely put your money on one thing. The people at the front of the queue will be men, the people behind them women. When the danger has passed, the heroic women are all too keen to be recorded for posterity, maybe kicking the heads of the physically subdued and immobile men, possibly to release some anti-male frustration. Why are the men and women in these lines of work paid the same, given the former take risks the latter don’t, you might reasonably ask? A good question. Answers on a postcard, please, to:

    You’ve noticed that too.

This video is one of many supporting your observation.

There are plenty of others on YouTube.

  2. It will be great to have all of these women out of my life for at least a day. Is there any way that we can encourage them to extend it for a year or ten.
