Justice for Men & Boys 
This is the problem. They don’t want the opportunity to compete on equal terms. They want preferential treatment enabling them to have their cake and eat it. And most of the over-entitled little porkers do.

women like to be, and are superior in benefits and inferior in duties. That’s the way it suits them and the ones letting them get away with it are none others than the workplace gentlemen.
Men must be educated about the fact that giving women the gentleman treatment in the professional world makes no sense, does not bring any rewards to men, undermines the functioning of the companies, compromises fair treatment of male workers, etc. Men must be taught to stop doing it. It must become an offence to give women preferential treatment of any sort at the workplace. Only then can we talk about true equality.
