Oh thank God. This is long overdue and finally corrects a millennia old injustice. Patriarchy finally in tatters.

This is not a man. It is a mentally ill woman and the child should be removed at birth and placed for adoption.
I am prepared to accept that a few, a very few people genuinely find themselves in a body of the wrong sex, and that therefore, before any gender reassignment procedures commence, they should be required to undergo psychotherapy to see whether they could be helped to live in the body with which they were born. The fact that this creature wished to undergo pregnancy should have ruled it out; someone who was genuinely a man trapped in a female body would surely have regarded the idea with abhorrence.
Production of a baby makes this sad, sick creature female and the State should not spend taxpayers money on its warped choices. In fact, the child best interests require it to be removed at birth from a toxic parent.
