I’ve had an email from a man relating details of a woman who’s made a string of false allegations against ‘over 10 men within a square mile of her home’ – including paedophilia – which has cost them a great deal of money to defend. Typically, when the cases come to trial, the Prosecution offers no evidence, so this is CPS anti-male bias on a horrendous scale, at the behest of just one malicious woman. She’s never been charged with perverting the course of justice or wasting police time, even when the evidence is overwhelming. He’s pointed me to a petition which I’ve just signed, I urge you to do the same. Thank you.

I’ve always wondered about this sort of thing. There is some sort of law or procedure whereby females can report males if they are suspicious of them. What is to stop two or three trailer trash type feminists from telling the cops they have concerns about a neighbour or whatever. The cops, presumably think along the lines of ‘no smoke without fire’ and the CPS charges in to prosecute. I wonder if policing has been abused in this way.

Signed. I would think the problem is the police not wanting the hassle of collecting evidence unless there is a complainant. Similarly I doubt it would be “in the public interest” as far as the CPS are concerned. As with so many things there are applicable offences. Its whether anyone can be bothered to prosecute.
