Anonymity until charged is pointless. Anonymity unless convicted is the only acceptable position. The naming of false accusers is also essential, as is a proper punishment and a life-long register of false accusers.

Anonymity until charged is at least a step in the right direction. Even if it’s just a 10% reduction in suicides and attempted suicides that result from false allegations then it would still be saving quite a few lives.

Agreed with William. Also, contrary to feminists’ claims, if men do not demand anonymity until convicted, we will have even more false allegations, not fewer. Nothing encouraging women more to make a false allegation than seeing other women getting away with it, unnamed,unshamed and unpunished…
