  2. Yet the dole bludger (lovely Aussie word for a scrounge role) who was cut out of her widowed mother’s will in favour of animal charities got the lot. Furthermore it was structured to protect benefits entitlement. Case is called Ilott v Jackson.
    The executors are appealing to the Supreme Court.
