Appalling. The world’s #1 military superpower is waving the white flag in the face of assaults by feminists. Their influence always leads to inferior services delivered at higher cost, whether it’s the military, NHS, state education, police, fire service…

Janet Bloomfield: I love my female privilege
Enjoy. Janet will be speaking at the London conference on the subject, ‘How feminism infantilizes women’. We don’t know how she’s going to cram such a big subject into 20-30 minutes.
The Karen / Sage / Janet / Hannah fundraiser has just passed its $9,000 target
We’re delighted to report that the fundraiser has just passed its $9,000 target, with a sixth person acquiring a conference ticket through a $375 donation. We look forward to seeing Karen, Sage, Janet, Hannah, and those six good people, at the conference.
If you’ve been undecided about whether or not to attend ICMI16, and you can afford to attend, you now have no excuse. You can order your ticket(s) here.
Taki’s take on gender equality in tennis tournament prize money
Taki Theodoracopulos has been writing a weekly column – ‘High Life’ – for The Spectator since 1977. His latest piece is one of the best I’ve seen on the scandal of gender equality in tennis tournament prize money.

2020 General Election: April’s Political Pop Charts
Interesting. The website records the number of visitors to British political party websites on a monthly basis. The Women’s Equality Party is #7, J4MB #8. Given the huge mainstream media exposure WEP has enjoyed compared with J4MB – most of it uncritical at best, supportive at worst – we’re very pleased with this achievement.
For some time we’ve been reliant on party membership subscription for most of our funding, the balance coming from ad hoc donations. Party membership costs from as little as £5.00pcm – about 17 pence per day – and you can become a party member or make a one-off donation here. Thank you for your support.
$809 (£573) required to hit the $9,000 target of the fundraiser for Karen, Sage, Janet and Hannah to attend the London conference
My thanks to all the J4MB supporters who’ve donated to the fundraiser, many of whom have chosen to remain anonymous. Just $809 (£575) to go now, it would be great to have the target met this weekend. Thank you for your support.
Bobby Smith (Give me back Elmo) and New Fathers 4 Justice make a stand in the Sheffield Brightside and Hillsborough by-election, 5 May
Several tips of the hat to Bobby Smith – ‘Give me back Elmo’ – an indefatigable fathers’ rights campaigner. His new story is here and we wish him every success.
It’s possible that J4MB will field candidates in future by-elections, but we’ve been too busy with preparations for the London conference to field a candidate in Sheffield.
Mike Buchanan’s appearance on Sky News on International Women’s Day
On International Women’s Day, 8 March, I had the pleasure of being interviewed along with a feminist for over 18 minutes by Kay Burley for Sky News, on the topic, ‘Can you be a successful working Mum?’ The video (18:25) is on our Vimeo channel, here. Feel free to post comments, I don’t plan to moderate them.
From Kay Burley’s Wikipedia page:
Kay Burley (born 1960) is an English television newsreader and presenter. She has been a news anchor for Sky News since 1988. Burley has hosted more hours of live television than any other news presenter.
The video first appeared on the Sky News website – here.
A HuffPo article about some of my comments near the end of the discussion, and Kay Burley’s response to them, is here.
The success of #Brexit may help men
An interesting piece by Lucian Valsan.
