No, it’s not illegal, though the government is minded to adopt the Scandinavian model and make only the person buying sex the criminal. What’s illegal is various things which would make sex workers’ lives safer, e.g. working in properly-regulated brothels.
Fast forward thirty years for a sexual assault and mugging charge. Remember how appealing ‘anonymous’ donations to sperm banks seemed to a number of young men in need of some cash?
This thing is already here in Florida being packaged with other New Age stuff. The way I see it, the members of the target demographic (divorcées) are badly suffering from too-much-money-itis and diminishing male attention. Down in retirement land, women not only severely outnumber men, but are apparently becoming so bored with regular pursuits that they’re overwhelming the male clientele at some of the cigar clubs. I suppose it is only a matter of time before the two practices are combined. I guess we’re talking Orgasmic Monica Lewinsky Massage.
