Six blithering idiots comment on the gender pay gap: Nicky Morgan MP, Carolyn Fairbairn, Ann Franck, Frances O’Grady, Kate Green MP, Regina Moran (and my filmed discussion with one of the MPs)

Our thanks to Jeff for this.

I recently had a 15-minute-long filmed discussion on the gender pay gap with one of the six blithering idiots, Kate Green MP, Shadow Minister for Women and Equalities, selected as a prospective parliamentary candidate from an all-women shortlist – here.

  1. So should UK companies now let off their higher paid male specialists and sack all the less qualified women? Even if they have to document this “gap” I don’t understand what is the solution? Subsidized Sex changes for higher paid employees?

You cannot just “bake” female employees in an open market, if there are none available on the job market; unless sex changes are advised. What for exactly?

Maybe mandatory sterilization for full time working women might tackle the “problem”, because it will force them to accrue more work experience and thus earning more. I wonder if the collectivists at BBC would see a problem with this?

  2. Since the Gender Pay gap in under 35s is actually against men, they are paid less. there should be a campaign to get men to use the current laws to get equal pay. The actual effect would probably be that the law is dropped if it was seen to benefit men, as it should.
