The future direction of AVfM

An interesting piece from Paul Elam. From near the end:

Now that we have established a business structure, a way to support AVfM Operations and Education, LLCs, which means the expense of running A Voice for Men, it is time for us to forge ahead with changing the (cultural) narrative in more focused ways.

The tl;dr on that is that we are refitting the AVFM ship for furthering a narrative change deeper in the culture. This primarily involves pushing into the medical and mental health establishments with vocal and forceful challenges to the gynocentrism and ideology that permeates them.

That includes the sexual mutilation of children for religious, traditional or aesthetic reasons.  It also includes the upcoming mental health network for men, which I assure you will be no wallflower in the discussion of men’s mental health issues. You can expect some fireworks there.

This fits in well with our own increasing focus on MGM.

  1. MGM – Nice one, Mike … Lets do all we can do collectively to bring the outrage of genital mutilation against boys (almost always totally innocent baby boys) out of the darkness and into the light. Violence is violence and must be exposed even if it exposes state sponsored and societal sexual discrmination and prejudice. It seems that an international movement is gaining ground. Onward and upward!

  2. Unsurprisingly and typically, men are building highly effective counters to the deeply entrenched, heavily funded and avowedly misandrous forces ranged against us. This without the assistance and despite the determined resistance of thought shaping pseudo-intellectuals, academics, malign bureaucrats, criminal politicians, rapacious corporate interests, a hostile media and tax payers’ money by the shipload. It’s being done from scratch and from a position of severe social, cultural, legal and political disadvantage, and without ‘role models’, mentors or any other supposedly necessary exemplar that is actually nothing more than an excuse for disinclination, ineptitude or inability.
