Many years ago police forces reduced their height and fitness requirements, so as to increase the number of female police officers. The following is a natural consequence of that insane decision. As more women enter the military, the same will happen there:

They can go ahead and use smaller guns, contrary to popular belief, they do exist; Walter PPK anyone? But I watched on this terribly patriarchal program on a channel of abject misogyny (something about famous handguns, on the military channel), that there’s horribly mansplainin reason why no force of arms uses these small pistols; something minor, forgettable, hardly worth mentioning, what was it… oh, that’s right, stopping power, biker leathers can act as body armour to these small pistols, or some such shit.
