An excellent article by Liz Hodgkinson in yesterday’s Mail Online:
If the government were to introduce the proposals included in our public consultation document (link below, ‘marriage and divorce’, page 6) the days of greedy women sponging off their ex-husbands would come to an end.
My thanks to Swedish father’s rights activist Ulf Andersson http://dads-r-us.se for informing me of a report (2012) with an annotated bibliography of 286 investigations on Intimate Partner Violence (‘IPV’):
130508 male and female victims of Intimate Partner Violence
The report’s summary:
This bibliography examines 286 scholarly investigations: 221 empirical studies and 65 reviews and/or analyses, which demonstrate that women are as physically aggressive, or more aggressive, than men in their relationships with their spouses or male partners. The aggregate sample size in the reviewed studies exceeds 371,600.
Given the evidence about IPV, the lack of support for male victims of IPV is a scandal across the developed world, as is the seizure of virtually all public funding for IPV victims by militant feminist organisations including some well-known ‘charities’ (in the UK, for the past 40 years). There are 4,000+ places for abused women in shelters in the UK, and just 15 for heterosexual men (Source: Mankind Initiative http://mankind.org.uk). Mankind Initiative kindly supplied the 21 ‘key facts’ on IPV in our consultation document (pp 7 – 9):
Louise Pennington recently posted a remarkably misandrous article in The Huffington Post (UK edition). An insightful critique of the article has just been posted by one of my favourite American lady anti-feminist bloggers. Enjoy:
My thanks to the indefatigable Chandrapal S Bhasker and the Facebook site https://www.facebook.com/groups/antifeminism for alerting people to the following reports from the US:
“Approximately 95% of all youth reporting staff sexual misconduct said they had been victimized by female staff. In 2008, 42% of staff in state juvenile facilities were female.”
Sexual Victimization in Juvenile Facilities Reported by Youth, 2008-09
http://bjs.gov/content/pub/pdf/svjfry09.pdf
“Most victims of staff sexual misconduct were males; most perpetrators were females. Among male victims of staff sexual misconduct, 69% of those in prison and 64% of those in jails reported sexual activity with female staff. An additional 16% of prison inmates and 18% of jail inmates reported sexual activity with both female and male staff.”
“Among inmates who reported inmate-on-inmate sexual victimization, 13% of male prison inmates and 19% of male jail inmates said they were victimized within the first 24 hours after admission, compared to 4% of female inmates in prison and jail.”

A typically insightful piece by ‘The Spearhead’, this time linking to a piece on The Huffington Post:
Few things are more heartening to men’s human rights activists (of both the male and female persuasions) that a woman analysing and trashing the conspiracy theories, fantasies, lies, delusions and myths at the heart of feminism, e.g. the ‘patriarchy’. Diana Davison describes herself on ‘A Voice for Men’ thus:
Diana Davison is an artist, writer, and cartoonist with a background in the film industry. As a Canadian she has a good vantage point in the North for observing the insanity created by the Feminist lobby. With vast experience in being female she has decided to use her talents at having a vagina to speak out against her fellow Woxan.
Her article published earlier today on AVfM:

Diana Davison, we salute you.
The Canadian anti-feminist Karen Straughan – perhaps better known under her pseudonym ‘GirlWritesWhat’, or ‘GWW’ – is a legend in men’s human rights and anti-feminism circles. Her websites include http://www.youtube.com/user/girlwriteswhat.
Her recent presentation to the New York Libertarian Convention has come to my attention, thanks to the good folk at ‘A Voice for Men’, and the video is downloadable from the link below. It’s a little over an hour long, but anyone wanting to understand why radical/militant/gender/ideological feminism has been an ever more powerful scourge of the developed world for 30+ years would learn a lot from it. Her forensic analysis and debunking of the ‘patriarchy’ concept – the myth that men as a class oppress women as a class, and have done so throughout history – is very impressive. While she sometimes draws on material from the US and Canada, in the UK we encounter exactly the same phenomena. It was good to hear Harriet Harman included in the critique, namely with respect to one of her more notorious comments about men and families. Enjoy:

A thought-provoking piece on ‘The Spearhead’:
