Our website Campaign for Merit in Business was created in the light of the considerable evidence of a causal link between increasing gender diversity on boards and corporate financial decline. Mike Buchanan, Steve Moxon and Dr Catherine Hakim (the originator of Preference Theory) presented evidence to House of Commons and House of Lords inquiries in 2012, the video of their House of Commons evidence session is here (56:50).

Finally, we run the award-winning website Laughing at Feminists. The related comedy channel (170+ videos) is here. Remember, it’s more than important to laugh at feminists, it’s a civic duty.

EU Parliament: Parliament demands ambitious strategy for gender equality

Yet again, notice how female supremacy is under the guise of equality. The article is in German, but Google translate in the top-right will do the job.

“The MPs are calling for concrete measures to combat gender-based violence and to promote equality in health, working life and political participation.

In a report adopted with 310 votes in favour, 222 against and 68 abstentions, the European Parliament calls on the Commission to present an ambitious strategy for gender equality 2026–2030 with concrete legislative and other measures.

More action against violence against women is needed.

With regard to gender-based violence, MEPs are calling on the Commission to submit a proposal to the Council classifying this form of violence as a particularly serious EU crime with a cross-border dimension . The Commission should also draw up guidelines for the implementation of the recently adopted law on combating violence against women and domestic violence , and recognize femicide (the killing of a woman or girl because of her gender) as a separate criminal offense.

Furthermore, the Commission is to present a proposal for a consent-based definition of rape in EU law. MEPs reiterate their call for EU member states to ratify the Istanbul Convention if they have not already done so. [J4MB: The UK ratified the appalling convention after leaving the EU.]”

“I used to work, in STEM, for what was once Britain’s largest manufacturing company. I’m going to call it ECI.

ECI doesn’t exist any longer. There are a multitude of reasons. But featuring to the fore would be the behaviours of higher-ranking women in the workplace. Particularly if they feel that their ‘stellar’ careers may be threatened by the unavoidable fact that you might be more imaginative, driven, and well, just generally competent.

So – they go to work on you, in the shadows, in the background, behind closed doors. This is starting to be recognised, as in the link above.

This effect may be about to bite our leader 2TK on the bottom. All the ladies he has now upset…Louise Haigh…Sue Gray….Lucy Powell….Angela Rayner.

These little ‘briefings’ against him. No-one can quite identify the origins…

You end up working 24/7 trying to undo the damage, rather than actually working. One of the (many) reasons why women in the workplace hastens a low productivity economy.”
