From today’s Times Diary:

“Our series on TV caption problems continues with an entry from Sylvia Harman, who spotted a slip in the live subtitling of a news item. The transcript read: “Leeds is to have a new integrated transport system covering trains, buses and psychopaths.” Whatever one thinks of cyclists, that seems harsh.”

I’m reminded of the BBC caption many years ago when announcing the Chinese “Year of the Horse”, for which the transcript read, “The Year of the Whores”.
