Our website Campaign for Merit in Business was created in the light of the considerable evidence of a causal link between increasing gender diversity on boards and corporate financial decline. Mike Buchanan, Steve Moxon and Dr Catherine Hakim (the originator of Preference Theory) presented evidence to House of Commons and House of Lords inquiries in 2012, the video of their House of Commons evidence session is here (56:50).

Justice for Men & Boys 
Of course we hadn’t. The “casting couch” was hardly new news. But since the misandry hit new highs. I have hope though from such as this. https://youtu.be/a2POkmyJl0A?si=OyZk1-dCzjf8TJTz Yes it’s a bit of a rant but in it is the younger men’s experience where their belief in fairness is shattered by the constant propaganda that they can see is BS by their “lived experience”. So a man who has been busy adapting and improving in the ways demanded by feminism finally sees that it’s never enough and the promise of “equality” is a sham. As he says older women and men haven’t experienced their reality, precisely because we have lived in more rational times. So inevitably the comfortable smug middle aged and middle class “experts” still expect young men to do what they did. Be “good” men. As this man says pretty useless advice if all men are suspect and creeps before they even say a word ! As he says they don’t dare raise the notion that feminism has a massive role to play in destroying the social contract between the sexes. After all that is their stated goal! A rant but I suspect representative of many younger men whose actual experience gives them an insight into the misandry that denies them even a voice.
