“During her time in private practice after she left the White House in 2014, Ruemmler received several gifts from Epstein, including luxury handbags and a fur coat.
“So lovely and thoughtful! Thank you to Uncle Jeffrey!!!” she wrote to him in 2018.”

Interesting. As far as I can see Epstein appears to have been a consumate “networker” with the rich and famous. I just finished Sabine Hossenfelder’s pissed off comments that her interchanges with Epstein over Physics have been published (She is a Physicist who has an interesting Youtube channel). And an Article in Spiked pointing out that much of the media debate is about innuendo and assumption. On a practical front the most famous “victim” in committed suicide following losing a libel case in which a supposed “perpetrator” sued her and she was proven to have lied!
The gynocentric nature of the media is neatly shown in this https://www.telegraph.co.uk/money/jobs/career-advice/family-wants-me-to-find-job-enjoying-redundancy/ In which some perfectly sensible comments and advice to a woman made redundant in her 50s is spiced up with with assertions that things would be different if the woman had been a man. Being now retired by knowing many of my contemporaries made redundant or taking “Voluntary” early retirement (including myself) I’m certain in fact the very same issues and responses happen to men! It isn’t easier for men and certainly they don’t receive the response the Telegraph’s female writer says they do. In fact this woman receives the same responses and faces the same dilemma’s men do. For in reality a sudden big drop in income causing all family members to have to change expectations is always a big issue! The comments about men seem to be there only to create an idea that somehow this woman’s perfectly common experience is somehow special because she’s female.
What is ignored is that Epstein did his time for one crime and was never tried because he died before any court case. Ruemmler gets a sympathetic article, yet in fact she’s caught in the same moral panic that has brought knives out for some men.
