(The sole example Walsh cites, predictably, is abortion.) In fact, they seem eager to overlook and even excuse them.”

“A Susquehanna Valley woman found guilty of wiretapping and filing a false report for an alleged rape was sentenced Wednesday morning in Lebanon County.
Judge Charles T. Jones, Jr. sentenced Veronika Rodriguez, of Middletown, to two years minus one day. Thirty days of that will be in jail. The rest will be probation.” [J4MB emphasis. 30 days in jail, 700 days not in jail.]
