Good news. It appears the prenuptial agreement is invalid because the woman didn’t declare her full wealth.
In the UK, the first recognition of a prenup was in the case of Katrin Radmacher, a wealthy German heiress. An all-male sitting of the Supreme Court upheld the agreement in order to protect the woman’s financial position after divorcing her far less wealthy French husband.

Gender bias, generosity to wives, is why a German national Katrin Radmacher chose to divorce in an English court (divorcing her French husband) London being well known to be “divorce capital of the world” for wealthy women seeing a generous settlement. I see the Judge in this case sidesteps the “gender bias” accusation in finding the wife simply was fraudulent. However its pretty clear that the man was expected by the original judge to “man up” and make his own way, in complete reverse of the usual approach for women “to maintain the lifestyle to which she has become accustomed”. Perhaps other jurisdictions (even Scotland) are fairer in leaving much less to the discretion of Judges and their “chivalry”.
