My reply to (Lord) Daniel Finkelstein, relating to MGM, and the video where he (again) told me to f*** off.

Daniel Finkelstein is a Jewish Tory peer and a former executive editor of The Times, where he remains a weekly political columnist, and has been a regular columnist at The Jewish Chronicle since 2010. Today The Times published an article by him, We can’t let white anger exploit ‘free speech’. I am barred from posting comments on Times articles – I believe due to my pro-life and other anti-feminist views – so I shall email Daniel (daniel.finkelstein@thetimes.co.uk) a link to this blog piece. My comments to him:

“Male circumcision (Male Genital Mutilation) is implicitly a crime under the Offences Against the Person Act (1861) being at least ABH and almost certainly GBH. The state never prosecutes the criminals who carry it out, and I wasn’t permitted to bring a private prosecution against a Sikh doctor who had caused so much damage. THAT is “how the criminal law works”.

My thanks to you for your contribution to a video from outside the 2018 Tory party conference in Birmingham, where we were protesting again about MGM, Lord Finkelstein tells Mike Buchanan to “f*** off, again!” (12 seconds).

Staying on the topic of how the criminal law works, men experience far more severe sentences than women, particularly in relation to custodial sentences. Do you think that should continue, or should there be gender equality in sentencing terms?
