ChatGPT is a major AI platform, and can be accessed at no cost here. The related Wiki page is here.
Tom Golden had the good idea to ask ChatGPT about the Netflix mini-series Adolescence, and the responses are here. Interesting, I think you’ll agree – I would have expected feminist propaganda.

The ever thorough Mr. William Collins has done an excellent piece of work both on the UK statistical evidence and appending two AI responses that reflect much the same analysis shown in Tom Golden’s piece. As related in my comment you published when I went in search of the data on deaths by knives or sharp objects, for teenage cohorts. I found in some years there were no females killed in this way in the year (by boys, girls or adults) whereas in every year since 2000 there were at least a few deaths of boys and youths(under 18s) In fact in both cases the raw numbers are so small that there are no significant “trends” for this age range other than the numbers appear to be unrelated to the fluctuations in the populations of these cohorts. It is in the 19+ one sees a sharp rise, reflecting the general rise in criminality in those are ranges. Again this raise does include a few females but the steep rise is males. Overall the truth of this is that in the UK violent deaths are a statistical rarity, young adult males are the vast bulk of the victims, and the numbers are so small that overall the UK is incredibly safe compared to similar populations sizes. The one possible trend it the striking overreprentation (compared to population) of “black” youths and young men living in Manchester and London. So the truth of “Adolescence” is that it is a dramatic tale of an incredibly rare occurrence in our society, where the rarity gives it dramatic force. A fantastical tale rather like the parade of “murder mystery”/ “crime drama”/soaps that clog up our broadcast media with wildly improbable and convoluted murders. The horrifying thing is when, like Starmer, this fantasy is treated as “documentary”.

And the fact it is treated as such is a clear demonstration of how deeply protective of females our society is. For the “moral panic” is a demonstration of the power of the social norms encapsulated in “never hit a girl”. On the very flimsiest of evidence our societal leaders of both sexes leap into I’ll considered action.

It is interesting to compare the reactions of politicians (in the UK and elsewhere) with the comments by ordinary people in places like YouTube in response to Piers Morgan’s video titled “‘Feminist Nonsense!’ Netflix ‘Adolescence’ Sparks Toxic Masculinity Debate”

Our politicians are increasingly woke and feminist while the public are increasingly aware and realistic.
