Our thanks to Jeff for this wonderful piece in The Spectator (£). Kristina Murkett spent two “exhausting” years teaching English at a mixed comprehensive, then moved to teach at an all-boys independent school which she much enjoyed. She is convinced that, far from being relics from a former age, all-boys schools are needed now more than ever.
