  1. Speaking of the “rot” I recommend reading the full transcript of USA Vice President Vance’ speech to Nato leaders. Hitting the headlines here because of his comments about the UK including arresting people for silent personal prayer, his point is proven by a Telegraph report (also covered here Police: ‘Pro-lifer standing near abortion centre is harassment’ – The Christian Institute) West Midlands Police harasses a woman for merely holding a view. The irony.

    The Vice President in his speech rightly points out that the very reasons for Nato, protection of democratic values from an encroaching tyranny and preventing a Cold War turning into a hot one are undermined when those nations adopt the methods of that now defeated tyranny.
