Towards Justice: Responding to Past Harms

Our thanks to Elizabeth for this. She writes:

“Mike, thought you might have time to watch this. I want to understand why police like CC Simon Bailey don’t seem to realise a need to protect innocent accused. Never so much as mentioned once, whilst convictions source of pride.”

  1. Mike,

Thanks again for continuing to raise awareness not only of false accusations, but the tax payer funded people & organisations who actually work to enable / support / reward etc false accusers

Thankfully Simon Bailey retired about 3 years ago just as he was claiming school boys were likely committing masses of sexual offences against girls and asking Government to investigate, to which a number of former Home Secretaries shut him down.
Of course all those Home Secrtaries have created the “victim” ideology we live in and was made official policy by Keir Starmer when he was Director of Public Prosecutions at the CPS.

The National College of Policing who set the standards & training for the police continue to push a “victim” ideology which is backed up by all tax payer funded elements of the establishment.

If a woman says she was raped but has no actual proof, and a man says he has been falsely accused but has no actual proof, the system will ALWAYS call the woman the “victim”, record a rape that may never have happened, give the complainant tax payer funded compensation, lifelong anonymity, special measures in court etc

The man accused of rape gets hee-haw

    But I repeat myself!
I hope this ideological twisting of the so-called “justice” system will end one day.

    Thanks
    Dougie
