Our thanks to Gerry for this (video, 9:00). What a testament to the work ethic of women.
Regular followers of this website will recall Dr Catherine Hakim’s Preference Theory (2000), developed after her research revealed that while four in seven British men are ‘work centred’, only one in seven British women is.

For decades by far the biggest reason for time off work in social care was “back ache”. However in the last decade it shifted to “mental health”. So with no change in the actual job back problems are now a minor problem and “mental health” is an epidemic. In fact in the business it was referred to as “mental health is the new back ache”as HR departments saw the swing. I expect two contradictory things from this a. feminists will want to conceal that this epidemic is mainly female on the grounds they don’t want to give examples of female frailty and b. feminists trumpeting a “mental health” epidemic for women to make demands for more services for women and time off for women (as they trumpet the “girls mental health epidemic”). I shall look out for the latter as they are more likely to give the data divided by sex while the former will avoid this.
