He starts talking at 35:20 but I recommend watching from 31:50, to catch some high-quality promotional video footage. At 43:04 there’s a nice moment when an audience member hands Nigel his smartphone, showing the famous party membership ticker had just passed 170,000. The Tories claim to have 131,680 members, but the true number is widely believed to be lower.
