A post by James Franklin on the UK forum of Parents Against Parental Alienation (PAPA). He references a BBC piece, New guidance on ‘parental alienation’ in family court battles. An extract from the BBC piece:
“Wednesday’s report from the advisory Family Justice Council says “despite the lack of research evidence, and international condemnation, reference is still made to the discredited concept of ‘parental alienation syndrome’.”
This is the idea that children show a recognisable pattern of behaviours if they have been manipulated by one parent against the other.
The guidance describes this as a “harmful pseudo science”.
It says there are genuine cases where alienating behaviours “impact” a child’s relationship with the other parent, but they are “relatively rare”. “
Lies, all lies.
You could be excused for believing the benign-sounding “Family Justice Panel” is concerned with family justice. Nothing could be further from the truth. It’s a resolutely radical feminist body which exists to drive feminist policies with regards to families, notably to remove fathers from them, and deny fathers and children access to each other. We posted a piece in 2019 – during the term of a Conservative government – which starts:
“William Collins recently published a piece concerning the Family Justice Panel, a body consisting of 11 members – 10 of them women, including radical feminist academics, a senior executive from Women’s Aid, and a male High Court judge who takes guidance from Women’s Aid.”

The odious Ms Proudman doesn’t have her own Wikipedia page, but this can be found on the Feminazi page:
“Usage in the United Kingdom peaked in 2015 along with reporting on barrister Charlotte Proudman, who had criticized a male colleague for commenting on her appearance online.”
The harpie is facing a four-day Bar Standards Board disciplinary tribunal. An extract from the article tells you all you need to know about Proudman’s views:
“In the [Twitter] thread, Dr Proudman wrote that the judge had described the relationship of the couple as “tempestuous”, which she argued was a “trivialization” of domestic abuse.
“Tempestuous? Lose his temper? Isn’t this the trivialization of domestic abuse & gendered language. This is not normal married life,” she wrote.”
Clearly 100% of the responsibility for the relationship being tempestuous lay with the husband, and abuse only suffered by the wife. Another extract:
“The five charges against Dr Proudman allege that she “failed to act with integrity” in posting the tweets, that they amounted to professional misconduct, were “misleading” and “inaccurately reflected the findings of the judge” in the case.
She is also accused of behaving in a way “which was likely to diminish the trust and confidence which the public placed in her and in the profession” and that she “knowingly or recklessly misled or attempted to mislead the public” by making the posts.”…
The 36-year-old cried [J4MB: Oh dear. How sad. Never mind.] as the charges were read out to her and denied them all during the first day of the tribunal.”
One can only hope Proudman is eventually forbidden to practise as a lawyer again. She has long been a disgrace to her profession.
She is being represented at the hearing by two lawyers – one man, one woman. Another extract:
“Monica Feria-Tinta, acting on behalf of Dr Proudman, argued that the tweets were “commentary” by a “feminist” and not “statements of fact”. [J4MB emphasis.]”
The final paragraph is a belter, and quite made my week:
“Tweets sent by currently practising and retired lawyers, seen by The Independent, brand Dr Proudman a “c***t”, a “w*****”, a “narcissist”, and “dreadful” — as well as accusing her of “idiocy”.”
I’m not sure what a “c***t” might be – possibly a typo, should it be “c**t”? Anyway, all accurate descriptions, I think we can all agree!

A piece written by a female lawyer for Quillette. I posted the sorts of comments I generally do in response to such pieces, and was pleased to get this reply from Sue Smith, an Australian lady:
“Meanwhile, lobby for those quotas in the aforementioned hard graft jobs; working out in the Western Australian mining industry in 45 degree plus heat, just for starters. Did you hear about the female Captain of a NZ navy ship who ran the ship aground about 3 months ago off Samoa? She was a diversity hire. Gosh, you’ve got to have lots of money to be able to afford sacrificing a navy ship for the sake of activism.
It’s not about higher profits and corporate boards, it’s about “shove over, I want the kind of job you’ve got”. No more and no less. Though there are some savvy women in high profile jobs, and I’m glad of this, there are not enough of them to declare quotas are good for anybody except the women themselves. As Jordan Peterson says, women are more agreeable than men and maybe agreeableness isn’t an exceptional quality to have in the ruthless world of business.
My son is divorced and 45yo and he is encountering women with the attitudes which are promoted in diversity hires and quotas. Sitting behind them on the bus en route to work he also hears these kinds of conversations. He despairs of ever finding a non-woke female anywhere, but did say the Kenyan women he has befriended are not at all like this.
And are you aware that (in Australia, at least) there are literally armies of 30 something women who cannot partner and have no children? That demographic is now stretching into the 40s as these childless women age. The men don’t want the trouble. My son has said, “at my age it’s far easier for me to find available women than it is to start building my asset base from ground zero again”.
At my grandson’s primary school in Perth teachers (all-female staff) have forbidden any references to Xmas and to Xmas wrapping on Secret Santa. No references to Christ or Christmas allowed. Yet it’s OK for “Chinese New Year”, muslims to celebrate Ramadan and Indians Dawali. Australia is on a suicide mission and for this I blame the increasingly feminized workforce and the Left side of politics. (My son is putting both his boys into a Christian school for the start of 2025. Let’s just see a Christian school banning Christmas!)
As the eldest of 4 females in our family I am appalled by the modern behaviour of women; the staggering sense of entitlement, the arrogance and you know what else drives me crackers? Women with baby voices talking at NASA about space and rockets.
If you’ve got a PhD in Physics, girls, my heartiest congratulations – but try to develop a less gushy mien and presentation which reflects the seriousness of that instead of ‘Barbie works at NASA’!! I’m looking at you, Americans.”

The scam was described as one of the biggest social security frauds ever prosecuted by the Crown Prosecution Service.
In 2020, Pomfrey admitted to 34 charges, including fraud, false accounting and making or supplying articles for use in frauds.
She was sentenced to three years and eight months in prison at the age of 65. [J4MB: Three years and eight months for stealing over £1,000,000. If that’s appropriate punishment, I’m a Crêpe Suzette…]”

“It’s staggering that it’s only now this woman sees a problem for boys and young men that’s been the norm for sixty-odd years, Mike.”
He regularly emails journalists and emailed the following to Mercy Muroki, the (female, predictably) journalist:
“Dear Ms Muroki,
I read your piece in the Sun this morning about the New Gender Gap and how young men and boys are treated in society and for your information have been for sixty-odd years. Young men and boys and men in general have been treated with contempt, demonised and insulted for many years with the privileging of girls and women being the priority of politicians both in the UK and USA.
Women have been given unprecedented help through quotas, diversity agendas, women-only shortlists and many other helpful routes to good jobs not available to men or boys. Businesses were told to employ more women and if they didn’t they would get no government contracts so that to me is blackmail. Regrettably most businesses swallowed this diktat whole and went along with it.
I am delighted to see corporations are moving away from DEI agendas as it has created mediocrity in companies and other organisations.
In education in 1987/8 it went from O levels to GCSEs which are modular rather than sudden death exams to specifically help girls. We are always being told girls are smarter than boys so why do they need and get so much extra help in school and work? Why don’t women and girls compete on a level playing field against men and boys?. We both know the answer to that don’t we?
Men and boys have seen the skullduggery, exaggerations, distortions and downright lies about men and boys and will not easily forgive the perpetrators of this cruel and vicious campaign of emotional violence towards them for many years. I am however pleased you have raised this issue however the damage has been done and I am not sure it can be addressed because the toxic, bigoted feminists will fight tooth and nail to crush men and boys.
Unless politicians start to push back and stop this vicious campaign of demonisation and insults against men and boys, things will only get worse however the backlash will be most unpleasant if they don’t.
