Embarrassing crap wins the Turner Prize (again). Three of the four shortlisted ‘artists’ were women. Laura Freeman, chief art critic of The Times, wrote an insightful piece (£) to accompany her one-star review Turner Prize 2024 review — time to retire this embarrassment of a prize. Refreshing to see a woman call out crap ‘art’ from other women.
