Warren Perkin: “Ms Patterning: She’s Making MGTOW”

I’ve been contacted by Warren Perkin, the British author and publisher of an interesting book with plenty of original content, Ms Patterning: She’s Making MGTOW. He’s selling the Kindle edition for a song (£2.37) here. I asked him for a bio, and he replied with this:

“I was a research chemist for 25 years. Worked on neurotransmitter analogues for a few years. Married for 44 years, which gave me a lifelong interest in why and how men and women process information in entirely different ways (we process Max Scheler’s pyramid of human values in the opposite direction). Female morals and ethics aim for utilitarian female benefit, whereas male values are idealistic, deontic and arise from competition with other males. The work of Denise D Cummins hit on the latter aspect in the 1990s, but was pretty much ignored. I’ve referenced it in the book, which has almost 200 references.”

Warren kindly offered the PDF for free for J4MB blog followers, and we thank him warmly for that. It’s here:

  1. A concise and easy read which actually covers a great deal of ground. Very well referenced too so one can easily follow up on specific evidence. The one weakness in the thesis is addressing the mystery of how it is that the “elite” pursues feminist policies, discriminating against men in the process. First of all males in the elite are still mainly in charge and up until relatively recently is was almost exclusively men who enacted feminist policies. The author seems to posit a conspiracy whereas his excellent chapters bringing together the physiological and genetic data suggest that males are very likely to believe they are doing “the right thing” by being white knights independently of any conspiracy or theory. Thus it is that the conundrum that why do these “elites” do things that often cost money, reduce profits and create problems for them is answered by this “biological” imperative to act in support of women, even where there is evidence that it damages their own interests ( in terms of wealth).

The other comment I’d make is that, entirely appropriate in the context of the book, much is discussed about men’s need for “sex”. On the day I read this I’d had a conversation with one of the staff at the community Gym I use. I reflected it wasn’t actually an unusual one these days, now I’m greying and a pensioner. In his mid twenties basically it was about his “plans” to settle down find a woman and have children (having not actually found the woman yet). Now in the past couple of years I’ve listened to a few such from different staff members, all about the same age. I wonder sometimes if this is something that gets missed in discussions about men’s need for “sex”. At some point I suggest this develops from the urgent hunger of youth to the rather more practical concern that to form a family, generally the man does have to find the potential mother of his children. In other words its not “just sex” but what is necessary to achieve a family.

  2. MGTOW is fundamentally about men having standards in who they date, associate with, help or interact with – which is EXACTLY the same thing that women do and is EQUALITY.
Ask yourself women, how many times have you stopped to help someone change a tyre on a car, risking your life on the side of a busy road? Ask yourself women, how many times have you been last to exit a dangerous situation where your husband and children leave first? Ask yourself women, how many times have you physically confronted a potential robber before your husband does to protect your husband and children? Ask yourself women, how many times have you avoided a man in public due to fear? Men are doing the same logical risk avoidance calculation because 20% of women are on psychiatric medicine and there is no way to know which woman is mentally unstable. Decades of treating men as guilty by default, weaponizing relationships and criminalizing an ever expanding set of interactions – such as being old and male nearby without interacting with women, is telling men that the risk is too high. Be in the wrong place at the wrong time, do nothing but exist without interacting and one possibly mentally unstable women wants attention and victim status gets the man arrested on an accusation only, ruining his life, losing his job and family and putting him in life-risking danger in jail even for a few hours is why men are avoiding interacting with women. Wikipedia lookup publicly known criminal Elanor Williams and the damage she did to dozens of people.
