Great stuff. As this story today shows, White police officers passed over for promotion win race discrimination claim | Evening Standard The “backlash” against DEI etc. is simply about the fact that if you discriminate in favour of some groups inevitably you are discriminating against others, in this case totally illegally. The fact that its the Police doing this says a great deal about where our institutions are with regard to discrimination. It should be unsurprising that growing numbers of young people in particular are noticing that if they are white and male they face direct discrimination against them and notice that this is unfair (and also actually illegal).
