Portrait of Kate, princess of Wales, appears on the cover of Tatler magazine – but gets a mixed reception

A Sky News report on a woeful painting by Hannah Uzor, a British-Zambian ‘artist’ commissioned by Tatler. It doesn’t even look like Kate. This is what happens when people are selected for work on the grounds of characteristics (race and sex, in this case) rather than talent.
