Judicial system entirely bypassed – no right to challenge or appeal CMS

CMS is causing division and fighting between mothers and fathers and children are suffering as a result

DRACONIAN ENFORCEMENT POWERS FOR A DEBT PAYING PARENTS DON’T OWE

CMS go directly to your bank and take any amount in a “Lump sum deductions order”

Go to your employer and take 40% of your salary

Can put a charging order on your property and force a sale on your property

Can revoke your driving licence

Can remove passport

Can be sent to prison

WHO IS TO BLAME

Department for Work and Pensions and CMS – busy pumping out this narrative that fathers don’t want to pay for their children and that they are woman beaters (25:40)

  1. A thousand suicides is a substantial proportion of suicides each year. Clearly if one really wanted to do something about Male suicide you’d want to investigate this. But of course that won’t happen because of what may be found. I’m sure that if Male suicide was really taken seriously and investigated rigorously it would be found that its drivers are real situations, like these.
