Operation Soteria: Rape reform programme extended across England and Wales

Our thanks to Dougie for this appalling piece (by three women) for the BBC. An extract:
The government says charge rates were markedly better in five police areas where trials of Operation Soteria first began in 2021 and 2022, more than doubling in all but one by the end of 2022.
Charge rates being ‘better’ of course means ‘higher’. This has inevitably required the evidence bar for deciding to bring a prosecution has been lowered, so the conviction rate will (also inevitably) fall, exactly what feminists want in order to drive their narrative that many men are getting away with rape, for which there is exactly zero evidence. But it will feed their demands for juryless rape trials.
