Yes a welcome show from lawyers. This is a direct attack on the right to a fair trial. And a direct attack on the human rights of men, as the crime is effectively defined so only men can be accused.

If trials without juries are more likely to produce justice then why not introduce that system for all alleged crimes ? Its almost as if someone wants men to be found guilty whether they are or not.
