Sadly an unremarkable story. Despite the Cas report and all the psychiatric and medical evidence, and of course the idiocy by the SNP in Scotland, still it seems the ideology runs rampant. What is interesting is the rapidity of the success of the ideology, this is of course because it is in fact following on from the success of feminism. Anyone can see that it is a direct consequence of feminist “gender theory”, idea that sex is of minor importance and gender is in fact all about “performance”. And of course the performance can change. After all mostly feminism has been about women performing like men in the belief that men have it good and therefore doing manly things will bring women all the patriarchal goodies. While getting men to find their feminine side and perform more womanly. It is after all then just a quick step to adjust pesky biology to reflect this performance. Except of course it’s not so quick nor easy.

Just how foolish this is to the public beyond Universities and some public services; can be measured by the huge effort by so many leading lights of feminism to claim that somehow the “trans” ideology is not feminist, or is even anti feminist.

Their real problem being , that opposing trans ideology actually means admitting biology is in fact very important and gender is much more than just performing a gender role.

In the meantime children are being victimised not only by the trans part of feminism but also by the idea or berating 5 year old boys for being “toxic” for boisterous behaviour, a gift of the belief that boys have to be schooled out of performing Male behaviours lest they become toxic abusers.

Let’s hope that eventually what falls is this foundational idea of feminism, that biology is nothing to do with the differences between the sexes and it’s all performance.
