It probably doesn’t surprise you that I keep an eye on what Britain’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) gets up to.

I think you might like to see this recent statement made by Vicky Ford MP in response to a question from Yasmin Qureshi MP, effectively about even greater funding for feminist bodies. You will notice the interesting start that sounds like a commitment to genuine equality, including freedom for men. It goes downhill from there, and is a good example of how pressure downwards from the United Nations is pushed back out to the world by the wealthier nations.

Vicky Ford MP: (emphasis mine)

“Fundamentally, our new foreign and development policy is about freedom, the freedom for men and women alike to live and thrive around the world, empowered by education and enterprise. Throughout this year’s UK’s G7 Presidency, we have prioritised action on gender equality guided by the 3E’s: ‘Educating Girls, Empowering Women and Ending Violence against women and girls‘ which continues to reflect FCDO priorities…”

There is another answer to the same MP, who now talks about the “women and girl-led organisations that play a leadership role in responding to humanitarian crises” (you’ve seen all those women and girls on your TV screen, crowding around to help whenever there’s a humanitarian disaster, right?).

“The UK knows that Women’s Rights Organisations and women-led civil society are critical to achieving lasting transformation in women’s and girls’ rights. This is recognised in the Integrated Review which specifically commits the UK to promote gender equality by ‘working with women’s rights organisations’…”

The Integrated Review talked about is the one that is the potential subject of a judicial review for its blatant bias against males with such commitments as “We will tackle online violence, particularly where it is directed against women and girls”.

Interesting. Of course Nick Adderley, head of Northamptonshire Police, couldn’t state the bleedin’ obvious, that women are disproportionately the ones “quitting within weeks”. He even cites a man quitting, to hide the point:

Interesting. The Athena Swan initiative is a feminist-inspired and feminist-run crock of s***. The start of the piece:
