Well done to Mark Pearson and Barnett Survivors for securing “the largest settlement by the British Transport Police in over a decade, and perhaps ever” as recompense for their culpability in implicating Pearson for a crime of which he was clearly innocent. After a gruelling 3 year war of attrition, this is very welcome news. The next target is the CPS! Bon voyage, gentlemen!
