Joe Rogan, 52, is a talented American comedian who opposes MGM. I subscribe to Netflix mainly for their comedy offering, including their comedy specials. Netflix recently released Rogan’s comedy special, Strange Times (1:03:55). If you don’t already subscribe to Netflix, I recommend you do so, even if it’s only for a month. In the show Rogan covers anti-male sexism, the invention gender gap, cats, dogs, immaculate conception, violent vegans… the usual comedy staples. He even criticises MRAs (at 54:07). No matter. Comedy is changing, and calling out women in general, and feminists in particular, for their relentless bullshit. Joe Rogan, along with Bill Burr, is in the vanguard of that change. We salute both of them.

A mother whose son was circumcised without her consent said she was “furious” the doctor has only been suspended for a month.

The boy was taken to be circumcised by his Muslim grandmother, and Dr Balvinder Mehat did not check the mother consented to the procedure.

Dr Mehat was investigated by the General Medical Council and admitted the allegation at a misconduct hearing.

However, the tribunal decided he was “no risk to patients”. [J4MB emphasis]

Earlier this year a judge at Nottingham Magistrates’ Court refused me leave to bring a private prosecution against Dr Mehat. Even if a private prosecution had been permitted, the CPS would doubtless have taken over the case, then immediately drop it.

And so the criminal butchery and the needless suffering continue.
