Angela (U.S.): Women are destroying our military special forces

Our thanks to Angela, an American lady, who writes:

Mike, I’m a member of National Coalition For Men in the US and subscribe to your posts. I just saw that you posted an article about the SAS lowering their standards for women (surprising to hear them being so forthcoming about that). In the US, our military special forces are also lowering their standards, but ostensibly for other reasons aside from making it easier for women (because our women are fierce and strong so they don’t need things to be made easier for them ?). I thought you might find this article interesting. It’s rather long, but it’s a fantastic layout of the evolution of this impending disaster on this side of the pond. My husband is a recently retired Navy SEAL of 32 years, but still has his finger very much on the pulse of this issue.

  1. The Russian Spetznaz will be salivating at this.

And I’m sick to death of my fellow Brits talking nonsense abou the SAS being “the best in the world”. Says who? Other Brits? That makes it meaningless. And now that they’re doing this, the claim is now totally undermined.

  2. Thank goodness they will be destroying them without me being in them. Never again, will I fight and risk my life – and, worse, my limbs, and my spinal cord, for this country. It is not my country any longer.

  3. I would like to behave like a gentleman towards women who want to raise children, look after their husbands’ households, do the cooking, cleaning and who support their husbands in every way. On the other hand, I do not see why I should automatically treat female employees and career women with extra leniency, extra perks and privileges (gentleman style), which male employees do not enjoy. I also do not see why I should not object to female SAS candidates’ lower entry requirements, and professional female athletes’ equal prize money for lesser performances. I do not see a single reason. I can see a hundred reasons why this is wrong and not acceptable to men.
