I can imagine some, if not all, of that being accurate!
I was in a well known retailer of technology and domestic appliances at the weekend, it was very busy. I had to unpleasant experience of being served by a young woman who clearly didn’t want to be there.
She complained to me that she had already been there 4 hours and had ANOTHER 4 to go! Then she had to go there the next day, and the next!
Was a college student doing weekend work, but didn’t actually want to work.
Made loads of mistakes, had a could not care less attitude. I have no idea how their recruitment process allowed this lady to slip through!
